Erik Sopracasa is an Award Winning Belgian-Italian actor, producer, director and entrepreneur with 18 years experience in B2B and B2C marketing.

After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from Karel de Grote University of Antwerp, Erik initially navigated the corporate world with stints at various international companies such as Samsung, BNP Paribas and BMW. However, fueled by a lifelong passion for the arts, he made a pivotal decision in 2016 to pursue a professional acting career.

Erik’s quest for artistic excellence took him to Los Angeles, California, where he honed his craft at The Stella Adler Academy Of Acting And Theatre. Subsequently, he secured a coveted spot at the Stella Adler Studio Of Acting in New York City, graduating from the conservatory in June 2019 and making history as the first Belgian actor to do so. In the heart of NYC, Erik immersed himself in the world of theater, collaborating with the prestigious “The Acting Company,” founded by luminaries John Houseman and Margot Harley.

Over two years, he worked alongside industry stalwarts like Walter Bobbie (Director “Chicago” on Broadway) and Morgan Freeman (5 times Academy Award Winner), solidifying his position as a director with a unique blend of international influences and unparalleled artistic expertise which resulted in an award winning directorial debut in 2023.

Tom Sys, an award winning visionary director, who transcends boundaries with his extraordinary talent and remarkable journey. Arriving in the USA from Belgium at the age of only 17, Tom quickly established himself as a beacon of young brilliance in the world of filmmaking and theatre and moved from Belgium to the USA to study at AMDA in both Los Angeles and NYC.

His prowess in both directing and screenwriting has earned him multiple awards, showcasing his exceptional storytelling and cinematic skills. Tom’s influence extends beyond the silver screen, as he has successfully produced several plays in Los Angeles through his own theatre company. Moreover, his ownership of an improvisation company highlights his versatility and commitment to fostering creativity in the performing arts. Tom Sys stands as a testament to the power of passion and dedication, making him an exemplary director and a true inspiration in the entertainment industry.

With an impressive career spanning 17 years, Stephen has honed his skills and expertise by working on iconic brands at some of the world’s top agencies, including McCann.

His unique perspective has shaped his approach to creating meaningful and impactful designs that not only captivate the audience but also serve a purpose.

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR, EMEA

Based in Belgium, Kobe Gerousse leads MOVART’s client relationships and strategic operations across Europe. With a background that bridges both the creative and business sides of media, Kobe brings a unique blend of visual storytelling instincts and sharp commercial acumen to his role as Account Director.

Kobe holds a Bachelor's degree in Media & Entertainment Business from Thomas More University, with a specialization in Film and Virtual Production Techniques. This foundation gives him a deep understanding of both the creative process and the operational demands of producing high-impact content for global audiences. His hands-on experience with emerging technologies—including Unreal Engine and LED virtual production—allows him to speak fluently across creative, technical, and strategic domains.

Before stepping into his leadership role at MOVART, Kobe worked with major brands such as Tomorrowland, Olympic Team Belgium, and Herbalife, as well as on commercial productions for top European festivals and entertainment clients. This experience sharpened his ability to manage creative projects from ideation to delivery, always ensuring alignment with client goals and brand vision.

As MOVART’s EMEA lead, Kobe is responsible for client strategy, account growth, and cross-border project coordination. He thrives in fast-paced environments, building long-term relationships and delivering high-value creative solutions that elevate our partners’ global presence.
